Really liking this one. File between Cat Power and Feist. Or something. I don’t really listen to either of those artists, so I have no idea what I’m talking about. But very poppy and catchy, and singer/songwritery without feeling like you’re trapped in someone’s café performance-cum-therapy session.
Here, lemme put it this way: if you think you’d like Tegan & Sara but can’t get past the vocals and self-conscious quirkiness, try this instead.
